  Welcome to Eskimo Joe's! We are proud to call Stillwater, OK our home and proud to serve our guests! EJ's first opened our doors July 21, 1975, serving up cold beer, red hot music & great big smiles, both on the guests' faces and on the front of the first 72 T-shirts. We started as a great little dive bar located close to campus and we served up some great times. Then, in 1984, the Oklahoma drinking age was increased to 21 and we knew we should change as well, so we opened our kitchen and started grilling up our famous Little Joe burgers!

Eskimo Joe's has had a few face lifts over the years and Joe has great fans that still remeber our Beer Garten that opened in 1984 where the famous Joe Dome now stands. In 1987, we moved from selling T-shirts from behind the bar to our World Headquarters of Eskimo Joe's Clothes. In 1992, we expanded to better serve our guests and added our retractable Joe Dome and quite a few more tables and seats.

Nearly 10 years later, we began construction of our new To Go entrance and upper east side seating by tearing down the beloved atrium and we cut the ribbon for the first of a few expansions in July 2010. The second part of our project was to create more space for our clothing store and in the fall of 2011, we opened the expanded Eskimo Joe's Clothes. For years we've wanted to create and enjoy a great outdoor seating space and in the spring of 2012, we opened an upper level patio. We are currently expanding our kitchen to better serve our guests in the future!
